Sealed bids will be received by the Board of Supervisors of Tate County Mississippi at the Tate County Administrator's office, 910 E. F. Hale Drive,
Senatobia, MS 38668 until 10:00 AM local time on the 7th day of November, 2025 and shortly thereafter publicly opened for the construction of 0.057 miles of BOX CULVERT and APPROACHES on the WYATTE-TYRO ROAD being known as Local System Bridge Program (LSBP) Project No. LSBP-69(20) in Tate County Mississippi.

Bidders are hereby notified that any proposal accompanied by letters qualifying in any manner the condition under which the proposal is tendered will be considered an irregular bid and such proposal will not be considered in making the award.
